Our Mission
To take desert farming to the next level with Amargosa Valley’s arid ambient climate. Improving agriculture with the strong energy of the sun and an irrigation system using the vast water supply of the Amargosa Aquifer.
Raising farm fresh, cage free, organic eggs from happy, healthy chickens to supply local markets is the primary goal for our farm.
Growing a multitude of vegetables and herbs in the fields as well as in green houses will enable our farm to supply a diversity of fresh produce for our chickens, as well as for the local community.
About Us
Growing up in a third world country exposed me to a slew of agricultural problems my people in Honduras, Central America struggled with. One major one is that the country had to rely on Lake Yojoa as its biggest source of water for irrigation of the land’s agriculture for corporations and small farmers. My father, an engineer working for the country, was assigned to engineer water ways for sewage, but then he began helping rural areas receive water. This led to him experimenting growing vegetables and fruits at home.
